MOSH COURIER DELIVERY'S TERM

MOSH Serves Delivery Service with maximum distance 10km per one location from the nearest restaurants (minimum transaction Rp.100,000.-) The shipping fee is flat-adjusted as follows:

1. Distance 0.1 - 2km = Free
2. Distance 2.1km - 10km = Rp. 20,000.- per one location
   
3. Distance >10km = unavailable 
   (Please pickup by yourself or by other Delivery service)
   

Notes:

• Check your distance in mosh.co.id/location
• Transaction is processed after payment;
• MOSH delivers food based on our Couriers availability;
• MOSH has a right to reject delivery unilaterally if there are technical problems such as the unavailability of the courier or other problems. And when delivery is not possible to do, MOSH will offer other types of pickup or deliver option to consumers by using the delivery cost sent by customer;
• MOSH tries it's best in the shortest possible delivery time to consumers according to the line and level of the restaurant's business;
• MOSH advice for every food that has been received should be consumed within a maximum of 3 (three) hours after it is received by the consumer;
• MOSH uses food-grade food packaging materials so that it can be warmed up in the Microwave;
• MOSH couriers are not permitted to accept fees in any circumstances.

TAKEAWAY SERVICE

For takeaway service (by costumers or third parties), please provide takeaway's time and your phone numbers. We will prepare your order by your request.

Takeaway's Note:

1. Broth is paid separately. Price detail at mosh.co.id/menu
2. Broth is not sold separately without ingredients;
3. To be able to purchase takeaway broth, a minimum order of suki/hotpot ingredients worth Rp.50,000 (Fifty thousand rupiah) for Offline Transactions and worth Rp. 35,000 (Thirty-five thousand rupiah) for online transactions is required;
4. The amount of broth given is per 500ml for food purchases of Rp50,000 and multiples apply with the maximum broth given per order is 2000ml.
5. Example case of ordering broth for Hotpot / Suki / Shabu-shabu ordered to be enjoyed outside the restaurant, Example: Food transaction of Rp.70,000 can buy 500ml of broth. Food transaction of Rp.105,000 can pay 1000ml of broth per one-time payment. Food transaction of Rp.300,000 can pay for broth and get 2000ml of broth per one-time payment.
6. Condiments will be given as much as your order;
7. Portable stove and grill tools rent available at setting order page;
8. Invite MOSH For your special events, please take MOSH Catering instead.
